A Normal Friday Afternoon
Only in New York does one find themselves on a conference call sitting on their fire escape because the “pre war” brickstone doesn’t allow for actual cell service within the walls of the apartment…while waiting for 2 men to come hang your flat screen TV for $150 on the only wall that fits it.

Lower East Sighting
Saw a woman, maybe 5’0” tall. She was dressed in black pants and a white/green/purple blazer with shoulder pads that would make a defensive linebacker proud. Spotted on the LES at 12:00 a.m., running full speed down the middle of the road. Miller lite in hand. About 24 empty trash bags under each shoulder. Saw her 3x in one night down different streets. Only in New York did no one bat...
